If you're new to training, your first few workouts will take some extra time to get associated with equipment and exercises. Once you get the hang of it, workouts take approximately 60-90 minutes - this includes rest time!
No! This program includes both a GYM and AT HOME/TRAVEL modifications so you can work out wherever it suits you!
It depends on how new you are to training, and what you're currently doing. If you follow this program exactly, you should start to see/feel results within a few months! Consistency is key 😊
